One to One Personal Training
We use the foundation of strength training to improve the overall function of your body and enable you to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. Injuries are an unavoidable hindrance to progress, that is why our main focus for training is technique and building a strong structurally sound body.
Once a full consultation has been completed, all plans will be specifically tailored to you and your training needs regardless of starting position and lifting experience. Being strong relates to almost all aspects of performance, correctly functioning muscles allow you to perform the skill of your sport more efficiently. Creating a strong, well structured and balanced body not only reduces your risk of injury but increases the ability of your body to work and produce a more athletic performance.
This process takes time, which is why to train with us we require a minimum 12 weeks of commitment so that we can ensure that you not only get the best service from us but so that you also get what you deserve out of your consistency and hard work.
